Oxygen8 Consulting‘s flagship product is the Business Success Programme.  To get into the Business Success Programme, a company owner first has three meetings with a consultant like me, free of charge.  During these meetings, I ask a series of questions that never fail to prompt the owner to think deeply about their business and how it is being run.  The business owner always comes away with lots of ideas, which get them excited about their business again.

Sometimes, these three meetings end without the business becoming an Oxygen8 client.  Sometimes the fit just isn’t quite right.  But when there is a match, that is when the real magic happens.  Over the next few months, the consultant and the business owner look deeply into what the owner wants to achieve in life and where they want the business to go, and a plan is made for how this can happen.
